Who is eligible?
- Direct website purchases within 90 days may be returned or exchanged.
- Gift purchases made on this store are eligible for an extended holiday return period of up to 120 days from the original purchase date.
- Products bought from another retailer, or direct purchases more than 90 days old, are handled through the Unconditional Lifetime Guarantee.
Try them out
You can wear and wash a new pair to check its fit. Eligible direct purchases can still be returned or exchanged during the 90-day window.
How the process works
Open the return or exchange portal from your order confirmation, enter the order number and email associated with the purchase, then select the item and desired resolution. Exchanges are processed after the original item is received at the return centre. For a refund, the credit is sent to the original payment method after the return is received and processed.
Packaging
Reusing the original mailer or box is encouraged, but any secure package is acceptable.
