General offer rules
Promotions apply only to qualifying orders placed during the advertised dates. They do not apply to prior purchases and, unless a specific offer says otherwise, only one discount or offer may be used per order. Offers cannot be combined with warranty credits.
Complimentary shipping
When offered, complimentary standard shipping applies automatically to one order of $50 USD or more before taxes, delivered to a single contiguous U.S. address. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and other destinations do not qualify for this particular offer.
Coupon-code shipping offers
Enter the required code during checkout. A free-shipping code applies only to eligible U.S. orders, cannot be applied to an earlier order, and is subject to any restrictions shown with the code.
Loyalty and limited rewards
If a loyalty or reward offer is available, the customer must be signed in to the eligible account, meet the offer requirements, and complete the qualifying purchase during the stated period. Points or rewards from returned or refunded orders may be removed from the associated account.
Changes and misuse
We may reject orders that involve unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of an offer. We may also amend, suspend, or end a promotion if a technical error, fraud, inventory issue, or other unforeseen circumstance makes this necessary.
